"Birds of a Feather, Rooted Together"
The rooster crows. The hen clucks. They fall in love and they're in luck.
They find a farm, beneath big blue skies, Living and loving, their song would rise.
When the brids find the bees, Six little chicks soon filled the tree.
The little birds grew and found bees of their own, And very soon, more little birds were born.
Twenty-three birds perched in the tree, Each with a song, both joyful and free.
As years rolled by, we still hear the song Of the hen and her rooster, whose love was so strong.
The little birds all learned to fly, Chasing dreams beneath wide-open skies.
And every so often, they all come home, With little birds of their very own.
The branches stretch both far and wide, As each new song joins those inside.
And though the voices all have grown, The roots remind us, we're not alone.
